Definitely reach out to us! We are always looking for new interesting ideas for episodes and experts in the field to interview. If you would rather share your experiences anonymously this is also possible.

Q: How can I support the Podcast?

It would really help us if you left a review on Spotify or on Apple Podcast. A starred review helps us a lot but if you could also leave a comment on Apple Podcast that would help our ratings even more! Of course, also sharing our Podcast with friends would be amazing!

Q: Why do the T-shirt prices vary per product?

We sell a variety of T-shirts that differ in cut and fabrics. Some of the fabrics are a bit more expensive than others and this is reflected in the price. With every T-shirt, you can find the exact composition in the description.

Q: Do The Struggling Scientists print the products themselves?

We designed every product ourselves however we leave the printing to our professional supplier. When you order a product the product will be printed at one of our supplier’s factories around the world and shipped directly to you.

Q: Where can the products be delivered?

Right now we only sell and ship to locations in Europe. We are still setting up the infrastructure to be able to sell worldwide. Shipping can take between 5 and 30 business days. But in our experience, the products are usually delivered quite quickly.

Q: I have received my order and there is a problem with the quality. What do I do now?

For detailed information about problems and possible returns please check out our Returns and Refund policy.

In short: Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. We will help you figure out what went wrong and what we can do for you. If you contact us within 14 days after the delivery we can mean the most for you. But don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you run into problems later. 

Q: I have filled in the wrong address when ordering. What do I do now?

Please contact us as fast as possible via the contact form or the email address: If the order has not been sent yet we might still be able to change the address. If the order is already sent we will contact the delivery company and see what we can do. However, we cannot guarantee that we can fix the mistake. We will notify you if the package has been delivered to the wrong address. If the package is returned to the sender we can resent the package but new shipping costs might apply.

Q: My package has still not arrived, what do I do now?

Shipping can take between 5 and 30 business days. If packages still have not arrived please contact us! You can use our contact form. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will ship a replacement to you as soon as the situation is cleared up.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. What do I do now?

Every product has a size guide that shows the sizes of that particular product. Our T-shirts vary in fit, some are form-fitted and some are not. If you do not like form-fitted T-shirts you might want to order one size up for the more form-fitted models. Please check the size charts carefully before ordering. If you are unhappy with your product please contact us via the contact form and check out our Returns and Refund policy 

Q: When will shipping be available for my country?

We are currently working on expanding our webshop and the shipping to non-European countries as well. So stay tuned Struggling Clients 😉.

For right now we ship to most European countries. We are in the process of getting worldwide deliveries but will even then 
be unable to ship to certain countries around the world. These countries are:
Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, North Korea and at the moment also Ukraine and Russia.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Please check out the detailed information on our shipping page. Shipping rates are different in every country. We will calculate estimated shipping based on your rough location but these rates might change once you fill in the shipping address.
